Abbas Ahmad

Abbas Ahmad is a Research Associate at Weather and Climate Services, specializing in data analytics and data-driven research for climate and environmental applications. He holds MPhil degree in Computer Science from Quaid-i-Azam University, where his research focused on incremental learning in relational deep learning. His work bridges the gap between theoretical research and real-world applications, transforming advanced machine learning concepts into practical solutions, with a strong emphasis on predictive modeling and solving complex problems. During his graduate studies, he also served as a Lab Engineer at International Islamic University Islamabad, contributing to both technical instruction and academic support. Abbas brings valuable industry experience as a Data Engineer at Datamatics Technology, where he developed data pipelines and analytics solutions, and as a Software Developer at Applivity. With a strong foundation in machine learning and advanced analytics, he is dedicated to transforming complex climate data into actionable intelligence, evidence based decision making in weather and climate research.
