Climate change and freak weather have hit many countries, causing immense destruction. But they have been better prepared to bear the brunt of nature’s anger.
Dr. Fahad Saeed said: “Pakistan is at its nadir of political”.

“What is happening right now at 1.2 degrees centigrade of warming is not because of the poor people in Pakistan,” Dr. Fahad Saeed said.
