Mahrukh Khan is a Development practitioner who is currently pursuing her Master's in Development Studies from NUST. She is Specializing in Climate Change & Development and is focused on Climate Change Mitigation, Sustainable Development and Climate Justice. Her background in International Relations equips her with a strong foundation in Research and Global issues. Mahrukh is a part of a project funded by DAAD in the Department of Spatial Planning at Technical University, Dortmund, Germany, where her research focuses on the Role of Community Development in Climate Change Mitigation through Afforestation. She is active in raising her voice for climate action, sustainable practices and management of natural resources.
